Finding Clarity
on the Path Together.

Navigating the therapeutic journey can feel complex. Here are the most common reflections to help you feel grounded before we begin.

The Investment

How much do you charge for a session?

expand_more
My rate is $120 for a therapeutic hour. I also offer a 90 min session for $180 for Couples and $100 for Doula Support services only per therapeutic hour.

Are Telehealth appointments as effective as in person counselling?

expand_more
Yes. The research suggests telehealth appointments are just as effective as in person appointments. My clients have even mentioned they prefer telehealth appointments because of the deep inner work done in session. They are able to go deeper from the comfort of their own homes.

The Journey

How many sessions will I need?

expand_more
Every person’s journey is unique. Some may find meaningful progress in a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support. Together, we’ll assess your goals and needs and create a plan that works for you.

What should I expect in my first session?

expand_more
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, share what brings you to counselling, and discuss your goals. It’s a safe, judgment-free space, and there’s no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.

Do you offer online sessions?

expand_more
Yes! Online counselling sessions are available for clients who prefer to meet remotely. These sessions provide the same level of safety, support, and effectiveness as in-person meetings.

What if I feel overwhelmed during a session?

expand_more
Feeling strong emotions is a natural part of healing. I will guide you through grounding, self-regulation, and coping strategies so you can process safely. Sessions are always paced according to your comfort, and you remain in control of what you share.

The Approach

How is counselling different from therapy or coaching?

expand_more
While terms can overlap, counselling at Echo Circle focuses on healing, emotional processing, and trauma-informed support, integrating practical tools for self-regulation and personal growth. Coaching often emphasizes goal-setting and performance, whereas counselling prioritizes emotional safety, reflection, and transformation.

Do you offer in person sessions?

expand_more
Not at the moment. I only offer Telehealth Appointments.
