How much do you charge for a session?

My rate is $120 for a therapeutic hour. I also offer a 90 min session for $180 for Couples and $100 for Doula Support services only.
Are online sessions as effective as in-person?

Yes. Research suggests telehealth is just as effective. Many clients find they can work deeper from the safety and comfort of their own homes.
How many sessions will I need?
